In 2003, Catherine Tiong also founded Ocean World, Inc., serving fresh seafood specializing in fresh tuna and swordfish not only to Los Angeles, Southern California areas, but also throughout U.S.A. The fresh tuna and swordfish are considered "from fresh from boat to mouth", and is considered one of the best in U.S.A.
