The application form should be filled in according to the information in the CISMEF brochure. Exhibitors should send to the Organizing Committee Secretariat the application form, product catalogs, a photocopy of the corporation's business license and a photocopy of the brand registration certificate.

Exhibitors should be an independent legal person. The enterprise's name, exhibition catalogue, and brand name to be used in the exhibition should be the same as written in the application form.

Booths may not be transferred to a third party without written approval from the Organizing Committee Secretariat.

Booths will be reserved after the receipt of the full amount of the exhibition fees from the exhibiting enterprises. Enterprises do not have the right to exhibit until a confirmation letter is sent out by the Organizing Committee Secretariat.

Exhibitors with special-decoration booths should send decoration designs to the Organizing Committee Secretariat for approval within required time limit. The decoration may not begin until the design is approved.

Standard booths in the International, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan Pavilion (3m x 3m) US$850/pcs Space for special decoration in the International, Hong Kong, Macao &Taiwan Pavilion US$88/m2

Special instructions:

I. A standard booth includes: an exhibition board, a banner, a display counter, two display chairs and two spotlights.

The exhibition position will be reserved after receiving the amount of exhibition expense from the exhibiting enterprise. Every enterprise does not have the permission until the Organizing Committee sending out the confirmation letter.

Exhibitor, who needs to specially furnish the booth, should provide the design drawing to the Organizing Committee for approval within required time limit and can execute the renovation after being approved.

Special instructions:

i A standard booth includes: an exhibition board, a banner, a display counter, two display chairs and two spotlights.

ii Special decoration will be additionally charged at a rate of 28 RMB per sqm as administration fees.

iii Use of electric power or rental of exhibiting tools for the decoration will be additionally charged by the exhibition center. For further information, please refer to the Organizing Committee Secretariat.

Exhibitors will be viewed as fully knowing the contents in this brochure and accepting all the items in this brochure, upon sending the application form to the Foreign Affairs Office of the CISMEF Organizing Committee Secretariat.
