BankCard Services’ exclusive VIP customer service: segregate VIP merchants by region, business type, etc. and provide customized and upgraded service. Visit VIP merchants on a regular basis to prevent any inconvenience in advance (Southern CA) or collect Check List to gather customers’ feedbacks (outside of Southern CA) and take care of any negative feedback factors in anticipation.
