Operating Procedure
  1. Turn on the power.
  2. Pick a range as your target range.
  3. Open the receptor cover, and let the receptor face the targeted light source.
  4. Read the LCD readings.
  5. If the left most digit reading is “1” and no “0” readings on ten’s and hundred’s, then the measurement is over the chosen range. At this case, you should change the targeted range to 1 level higher. (Use X10 if you are using base level now.)
  6. Reading hold: if switched the on/off switch to “hold”, then the reading will be held. If you move the switch button to “on”, the reading will be erased.
After you have done the measurement, cover the receptor and turn
off the meter power.
